How to open an account online?

Account opening is currently done through self-service on the website. After logging into our official website, click on "Open Account" to access the application page. Fill in the relevant information as prompted on the website, and a real account will be automatically created. You will receive the account information via email.

How to submit ID card and bank card images after opening an account?

After logging into the customer center, click on the "Complete Information" page at the top, then click to upload photos. Upload your ID card (front), ID card (back), and bank card (front) (please note that the image size should not exceed 2MB, and the supported formats are jpg, jpeg, png, and gif). Click "Upload". After a successful upload, fill in the bank branch and account number, and then click "Submit" at the bottom.

Can a non-personal bank account be used when opening an account?

In order to fully ensure the security of the customer's personal account, the account opening requires the submission of the customer's own bank card with the same name.

Can a credit card be used to open an account?

The company currently does not accept credit cards for account opening. If using someone else's bank card or credit card causes delays in withdrawal or other issues, the customer will be responsible for any delays in deposits or withdrawals.

How to correct the referral code if it is entered incorrectly?

As the referral code is very important, it cannot be modified if entered incorrectly. If a customer needs to change the referral code after successfully opening an account, they must submit a cancellation request. After the account is closed, they can resubmit the correct information to apply for a new account.
