It is generally released on the first Friday of every month. How to submit a withdrawal request?
After logging into the user center, go to 【Funds Management】 → 【Account Withdrawal】, select an already bound bank card or digital currency wallet as the receiving method.
If you need to use a new account, please first click 【Add Other Receiving Method】 and wait for the review to be approved.
Enter the withdrawal amount (in USD), confirm the information, then input the trading password and submit the application.

How is the withdrawal fee charged?
1. If the customer’s trading volume is less than 50% of the deposit amount after making a deposit, a 6% fee will be charged on the withdrawal amount. If the trading volume requirement is met, the fee will be waived (trading is calculated based on closed positions). (For example: if a customer deposits $1000 and is required to trade 0.5 lots, closes 0.5 lots, and applies for withdrawal, the fee will be waived if the trading volume requirement is met.)

3. For withdrawals less than $100, a fixed fee of $6 will be charged as a small withdrawal fee.
4. For withdrawals greater than $100, the fee will be waived if the amount is credited in RMB.

Enter your currently bound phone number, fill in the new phone number and confirm it again to ensure accuracy, then input your account login password to complete identity verification. Click 【Confirm Change】 to update the bound information.
Email Change:
Fill in your original bound email address and the new email address in sequence. Click 【Send Verification Code】, then log in to the new email to retrieve the 6-digit verification code and enter it accurately. Next, input your account login password for secondary identity verification. Finally, click 【Confirm Change】 to complete the email binding update.
