3, The trading account and customer center password are the same. If you need to change the password, please log in to the user center and select "Account Management"—"Change Password" to modify the password. After the password is changed, it will also apply to the trading software.
4, During account opening, you do not need to submit scanned copies or photos of your ID card and bank card. However, before making the first withdrawal, you must log in to the customer center, submit scanned copies or photos of your ID card and bank card, and complete the relevant account information.
5, After completing the account information, please wait for the company to review or contact online customer service to feedback to the company for review. After the review is passed, the customer can use the withdrawal function.
6, If a customer's ID card number, phone number, or email has been used, the account opening cannot be submitted.
