National Day Holiday Schedule

Due to the National Day holiday in China from October 1 to October 7, 2024, cross-bank payment services in mainland China will be affected. The company will make the following arrangements for trading hours, account opening, and deposits/withdrawals:

Note 1: Due to the holiday, deposits may not be processed on time. If delays occur, the company will handle them on the first working day after the holiday.

Note 2: Due to the holiday, the company will only accept withdrawal requests for amounts under 3000 USD from October 2 (Wednesday) to October 7 (Monday), with a limit of one withdrawal per customer per day. Withdrawals will resume as normal on October 8 (Tuesday).

*Unexecuted limit orders for the Hang Seng Index will be automatically canceled after the market closes on September 30, 2024. Customers must re-enter orders after the market opens on October 2, 2024.

*The forced liquidation margin ratio for the Hang Seng Index during the holiday will be 100%. If the margin ratio in the account is 100% or below, the system will start closing the contracts with the highest loss in order after the market closes, until the margin ratio is above 100%. After the holiday, the margin ratio for forced liquidation will return to 20% when the market opens. If the account is fully locked, ensure the margin ratio remains above 100% during the holiday period.

Please pay attention to position changes and top up the margin in advance to avoid unnecessary losses due to market fluctuations.
