Due to the Labor Day holiday, the company’s trading hours, account opening, and deposit/withdrawal arrangements will be as follows:    

*Note 1: Due to the holiday, deposits cannot be guaranteed to be credited promptly. If there is any delay in deposit processing, the company will handle it on the first working day after the holiday.    

   
*Note 2: Due to the impact of bank payment system maintenance, during the holiday (from May 2 to May 3), the company will only process one withdrawal per client under 3,000 USD per day. Withdrawals exceeding 3,000 USD will be processed on the first working day after the holiday. Withdrawals will resume normal processing on May 6.    

*Unfilled limit orders for HKG33 and GER40 will be automatically canceled after market close on May 30, 2024. Clients need to re-enter their orders after market opens on May 2, 2024.   

*For accounts holding HKG33 and GER40 contracts, the forced liquidation margin during the holiday will be 100%. If the margin level is 100% or below, the system will start forced liquidation from the most losing contracts until the margin level is restored above 100%. If the account does not hold HKG33 or GER40 contracts, the forced liquidation margin will remain at 20%.        

*Please pay attention to position changes and replenish margin in advance to avoid unnecessary losses due to market fluctuations.
