*Note 1: Due to the holiday period, deposits cannot be guaranteed to arrive on time. If there are delays with deposits, our company will process them promptly on the first working day after the holiday.

*Note 2: Due to the maintenance of the bank payment and settlement system, during the holiday period (May 2 to May 5), our company will only process one withdrawal per customer per day for amounts below USD 3,000. Withdrawal requests exceeding USD 3,000 will be reviewed and processed promptly on the first working day after the holiday. Withdrawal requests will resume normal processing on May 6.

*Unfilled limit orders for HKG33 will be automatically canceled after the market closes on April 30, 2025. Customers will need to re-enter them after the market opens on May 2, 2025.

*For accounts holding HKG33 contracts, the forced liquidation margin ratio during the holiday period is 100%. If the margin ratio in the account is 100% or below, the system will liquidate the HKG33 contracts with the highest losses after the market closes, in sequence, until the margin ratio is restored above 100%. For accounts not holding HKG33 contracts, the forced liquidation margin ratio remains at 20%.
